The property is basic but had everything we needed, and getting the key was easy. We spotted birds in the wetlands in the morning. It’s very handy for the Twelve Apostilles, which we visited twice.

A beautiful place to recharge before tackling the Ocean road Hike. The toilet and amenities were really inviting, and the toilet block only came up once during our 2 day stay. There were minimal bugs in the pantry, too. Can’t wait to come back. Thankyou Otway Coastal Villas.

These newly built villas have lovely views and all the facilities we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave, and we’re still thinking about it. One tip: pick up your food at a supermarket before arriving, since the next one is at least 20 mins away. Hidden beauty!

Beautiful unit, mine seemed brand new, though it could use a few finishing touches. Lovely spot, just a couple hundred metres of Great Ocean Road at Princeton.
