It’s right in the middle of everything, and the price felt so affordable for what you get. The room was cosy, quiet, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. One of the nicest motels I’ve stayed in across regional NSW. We loved it and will stay again next time we’re in Quirindi.

The kitchen was a highlight for me, with good cooking facilities and everything supplied, even breakfast cereal. The laundry has both a washer and dryer, and the hotel or club is an easy walk away. I stayed six weeks and found this the best accommodation in Quirindi. Rooms are well kept and serviced daily, and the staff are happy to help with anything you need. Mel, the manager, is welcoming and easy to approach. Thanks for a great stay!

Peace and quiet are what you get here in spades, and I could see myself coming back for that country atmosphere. The room is quaint and budget-friendly. For a three-star place in the country, don’t expect a gym, pool or sauna. Wi-Fi was reliable, though TV reception was a bit flaky and there weren’t many channels, which makes sense given the location. Still, with countryside this stunning to explore, who needs TV? I was in town for the Tamworth Country Festival, just a quick 60-minute drive away, and the price was a real surprise. Mel greeted us with a smile. A lovely country motel experience for the money.

It was really quiet, with no traffic noise, and other guests were considerate of the shift workers sleeping on site. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the little biscuits left on the bed were a nice touch. A lovely small place close to the town centre.

The room was spacious, but for $265 we expected much more from a family room. The building seems to be a repurposed nursing home, and unfortunately it smells, feels and looks like one. The bedroom ceiling was warped, cracked and mouldy, with an obvious roof leak and the ceiling fan hanging down. Reusing a building could be a good idea, but throws, nice towels and toiletries aren’t enough to make this conversion work. It felt quite eerie and sterile. There was no off-street parking, and TV reception was weak, with only a few channels that kept pixelating. They need to put more effort into making it feel homely.
