We booked the two-bedroom room with a rooftop area and loved the spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. The location is ideal, close to shops and three pubs, including the surf club, with an easy walk to patrolled beaches. Check-in and checkout were seamless. The pool was good, though the spa wasn’t working while we were there. We also loved the little cockatoos who visited every morning. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll absolutely come back.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the birds keeping us company on the balcony were so cute. Staff were really welcoming, and the pool was very clean with toilets nearby. Loved staying here. We took a day trip to Fraser Island and would recommend it.

We checked in and then checked out. We’re returning guests and expected much better from a property sold and priced as premium. During one short stay, we found two separate cleanliness problems on different beds. One would have been bad enough, but two left us with no confidence in the apartment’s overall hygiene. Staff responded after we raised the issues, but a quick response doesn’t make up for basic cleanliness being wrong in the first place. At premium nightly rates, guests shouldn’t have to discover multiple hygiene failures after check-in. We won’t be coming back.

The reception process was efficient, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We liked the pool area, and the kids were thrilled when cockatoos visited the balcony. The location is excellent, directly across from the surf club and beach. There’s a park with swings across the road for young kids, plus a bigger playground roughly 100 metres away. The rooftop area could be better, as it’s mainly a large space with a BBQ.
