Harbour View Motel

Six stars out of five, this place is a true hidden gem! The location is fantastic, with parkland overlooking the water just opposite, and it's tucked away and very quiet despite being only minutes from pubs, cafes, shops and the beach. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. We loved our all-too-brief stay and would happily recommend it. If we're lucky enough to be in Robe again, we'll stay here. The operators and staff gave exemplary service, and the lovely rooms had thoughtful extra touches. The mattress was very comfy, the sheets crisp and white, and the bathroom gleaming with a new handheld fitting. There was a fridge and microwave, table and chairs, iron and ironing board, smart TV, plenty of cupboard space and a room that smelled fresh thanks to the reed diffuser. Spotlessly clean, with onsite parking too. Outside, guests can use a lovely little private BBQ area with table and chairs. There's also an onsite cafe and staffed front office, though both may have limited hours in the off-season. A 10/10 experience for us all round. Thank you, HVM!

Thanks to the very friendly hosts for having a room available after we'd been let down in Kingston SE. It turned out to be a stroke of luck. The accommodation was great and the view beautiful. I'd recommend the Mexican restaurant!

The rooms are spacious and tidy, and there’s laundry on site. Most things in Robe are within walking distance, which makes this a great place to stay.

The staff made our stay especially enjoyable. They were so pleasant and went well beyond what we expected. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. We’ve stayed in motels all over Australia, and Robe Harbour View is one of the best. Thanks for a great experience.
