Friendly staff and a great location. Our two-bedroom villa felt cramped, with wardrobes taking up nearly all the space. If you like a homely, slightly cluttered feel, you’ll probably love it. We prefer more open space and felt as if we were intruding in someone’s unit. They’ve certainly thought of putting everything in the rooms.

The villas have two or three bedrooms and free parking. They’re right across from Lions Park, Shoalwater Beach, and the marine conservation bay. The area is beautiful, with amazing sunsets against the island backdrop, beach walks, and swimming. A visit to Rockingham Wild Encounters is a must, as are Penguin Island and kayaking around the islands.

Good location and a very helpful manager, but it wasn’t very clean. It would’ve been nice if they’d vacuumed and mopped.
