The homemade bread at breakfast was such a treat, and the steak was one of the best I’ve had in ages. We loved the romantic, peaceful feel of the place, along with the beautiful room and welcoming owners. At dusk we spotted agile wallabies, and later a willie wagtail taking a bath. TJ clearly loves his birds. A very special stay, well worth it.

We loved watching wallabies from the patio at The Hideaway at Agnes Water. It has that stylish, peaceful feel you wish you could afford back home. Sergio was always friendly and helpful, and his advice made it easier to get the most out of our stay.

The wildlife around the place was a real highlight, especially for visitors coming from overseas. My husband and I spent three nights with TJ and Jenny and enjoyed the beautifully decorated house and breakfast every morning. We chose to eat in each night too, and TJ's steaks were to die for. We’ll definitely be back.

Even for just one night, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Jennifer and TJ are lovely hosts, and the property is peaceful and set far enough back from the road that you don't hear much traffic. The finishing touches are great, and the food is fantastic, as good as restaurant food around. Hope to see you both again someday. 10/10

The hosts made us feel so welcome and were really attentive. The house is wonderful, decorated beautifully, with incredible scenery all around. Honestly, I wish I could live there. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d recommend it to anyone nearby. I’d even make a detour to visit again.
