The rooms are a good size, and the studio kitchen has everything needed to cook. There’s also plenty to choose from at the restaurant. For a big group or a family with kids, it works really well: many rooms open right onto the lazy river, so you can walk straight in and out of the pool, and there are several hot baths to warm up in. The main drawback is the Wi-Fi and how it connects to the TV. Management should sort that out soon.

We’ve stayed here three times in the past year with my partner and two young children, in a swim-out room each time. It’s been lovely: spacious, clean, and close to shops, with lots of restaurants and the marina just a five-minute drive away. I’d like to see two things improved. The TV is almost unusable with the dodgy Anycast app, and reception suggests using your phone as a hotspot because the Wi-Fi is weak, then mirroring the screen, which doesn’t work anyway. Watching our own apps matters on holiday, especially since many hotels provide free Netflix. We also requested rooms 5-6 in advance for convenience but didn’t get them, and almost always ended up in the same room far away.

Jade at reception was so helpful and friendly, and handled everything in a capable, professional way. Those are the experiences people remember, and good service makes a stay more pleasant. The location is beautiful and faultless, and the rooms are very clean with everything you need. I’m very happy and will return. Thank you, Jade, for being so kind to me and my husband.

We travelled in March 2026 and stayed in a one-bedroom lagoon pool room. Having direct access to the pool is great, but the steps are very high, so getting in means jumping and getting out takes a climb. The lagoon pool goes around the whole resort and is shallow, just right for a relaxing dip. Our apartment was clean, spacious and roomy enough for two. The resort has hotel rooms as well as self-catering mini apartments. There’s also a restaurant on site, run independently of the resort, with a nice breakfast and dinner. The food is good quality, though the service is hit and miss, with some staff seeming disinterested, which is a shame.
