That heated saltwater pool was the best part of our afternoons, after we'd spent the day exploring the area. Lynne & Darryl were helpful with local tips and clearly keep the resort in tip-top condition, so thanks to them for looking after us. We had a very relaxing three days in the Poolside apartment and would gladly return. The apartment was quite large and had kitchen facilities, a comfortable queen bed, a three-seat lounge and a dining table. We would've preferred a king bed. The bathroom was roomy too, with a shower, toilet, vanity, heated towel rail that helped finish drying our towels and swimmers, and plenty of towels and soap. We brought most of what we needed for breakfasts, snacks and drinks, and only had to make one stop at the local convenience store for a couple of things. The local pizza shop was well worth trying, though the fish and chip shop nearby disappointed us. Sienna's, the Italian restaurant in Nelson Bay, had plenty of excellent fresh food and great service. It worked well as a home away from home for a few days.

The price was a bargain, and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. Lynne and Darryl made us feel so welcome. With all the area's great features close by, I can't recommend this place enough.

The outdoor pool was beautiful, with a tropical feel, and our room was roomy, private and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, and it was easy to get to all the hot spots. I'd recommend staying here.

The whole place was clean and comfortable, and Darryl and Lynne gave us a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
