Andrew was friendly and really helpful, and the unit was clean enough despite the slightly dated decor. The beds and storage were a good size. Parking was convenient in the garage underneath, and Kings beach is nearby. The stereo only takes cassette tapes and CDs, with no USB connection, and there’s no pay TV.

The pool was lovely, and getting around from here was easy. We spent five nights and found the unit comfortable, very clean, and equipped with what we needed for an enjoyable stay. It’s lovely, and we’d gladly recommend it to family and friends. Thanks to whoever owns unit 3.

The bathroom and kitchen were comfortable, and there was an extra bed for the kids. But for a cheap place, expectations probably need to stay low. We had just one roll of toilet paper for two people over three nights, no salt, and had to wash every dish before using it. The toilet kept running, and we had to come back and flush again to stop it. Probably the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in so far.

We had a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle, and the staff were friendly. The apartment was a good size and clean, with what we needed for a couple of days. My partner was especially pleased to have sports channels on Foxtel. We’ll definitely stay again. Jamie and Tammy.

Update 2018: We’d booked and paid in full for a particular front unit, but were given keys to a different one. It had no view or breeze, only one bedroom was made up instead of two, and the sofa was propped up with a pile of books. There was no management on site all weekend. We will not be back.
