The apartment itself was perfect, and the kids enjoyed the pool, spa and tennis court even though they were clearly dated. We didn’t notice the listing said there was no air conditioning, since we assumed it would be standard in 2026. The basement parking key also felt pretty old-fashioned. Still, we had an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was spacious for my family, and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. It was close to the beach and shops, and the kids liked the dated pool, spa and tennis court. But in room 33 the lounge furniture felt dirty, the carpet seemed dirty underfoot, and the extra fans were dusty. There were no security screens on any windows, which made it hard to relax with the kids near the open windows and balcony. We had to leave them open to catch a breeze, and the apartment had no air conditioning.

The rooms were tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for four adults and children. I was on the third floor and found it easy to get around in a wheelchair. From the balcony dining area we could still see the ocean. The BBQ area, tennis court, pool and spa made for a great stay.

Great views and a lovely, exceptionally clean unit. There’s no air conditioning, but opening a door or window lets in plenty of fresh breeze.

The room was old but pleasant, though it would probably suit winter better. It was stifling hot and horribly uncomfortable in summer with no air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend it then, and the manager was extremely rude.
