The house is near several good beaches, and there's a decent-sized pool with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The rooms are really spacious, and the kitchen is large and well equipped. Kayaks are kept in the garage, with just a short walk downhill to Smith's lake. It has plenty of jellyfish, but rowing across was still nice. There are little shops nearby, though the closest supermarket is a 20-minute drive away.
