The staff were all so friendly, and Bishal deserves a special thank you for his kindness and attentiveness. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay memorable. The moment I arrived at Islington Hotel, I felt welcome, almost as if I were coming home to a beautifully curated residence. The furnishings and artwork give the place so much character and soul, with a refined feel and thoughtful details throughout. Service was impeccable. I'd certainly return to Islington for a relaxing holiday if I visit Hobart again.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with freshly baked pastries and an incredible spread from the in-house chef. It was hard to leave. Karen, the warm and welcoming host, remembers every guest by name and makes you feel genuinely cared for. The Islington Hotel feels like a cosy, elegant home, with lovely details like fur blankets and perfectly stocked wine in the room. We had breathtaking views from the patio at this hidden gem tucked into the hills of Mt. Wellington. A peaceful, luxurious boutique escape in Tasmania, full of heart. I can't wait to return.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived at this beautiful building. The pillow choices and good wine selection were lovely touches, and the staff made us feel welcome and pampered. We were so happy with our stay that we booked another one before leaving Tas.

Our room looked out onto a garden in full bloom this Spring, just lovely. Breakfast was well served, with their famous local teas. They don't serve dinner, though, so we had to head out to eat.
