Everything was clean and tidy, and the location made it easy to get around. The beach, kids park, shops, chemist and pub are all within walking distance, right in the heart of the main town. We were staying with our family and absolutely loved our first visit to Ward Holiday Flats. We’ll definitely come back.
Arlana, the Property Manager, gave us a warm welcome when we stayed again at the beginning of August. We’ve been back to Wards Flats a few times over the past 20 years, and it’s still great value, with clean accommodation in a handy location. It has a nice holiday feel, and we’d recommend staying here.
It’s an older, simple place, but great value. The location is the best part.
We’d definitely book with Arlana again if we visit South West Rocks. She was so hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my family were comfortable, with attention to detail that’s second to none. The little gem is within walking distance of the beach, town, Surf Club and even the Night markets, which were on during our visit. I highly recommend Wards Holiday Flats to friends and family, particularly with Arlana in charge.
The location is great and the price was relatively inexpensive, but the place definitely needs an upgrade. On two separate mornings, the front door got completely stuck and took some force to open. I spent about 10 minutes trying each time.
