Davis Avenue Apartments

Mariana at the front desk made us feel welcome every time, and she went out of her way to make the stay comfortable. I got there at 9:30 am, before check-in, and she kindly looked after my bags. When I came back around 2 pm, they were already in my room. The service was excellent, the price was affordable, and the apartments at 44 Davis ave are close to the city. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Good value for a short stay. The rooms are basic, but they’ve clearly put thought into making them feel more welcoming. I liked finding useful bits of information where they were needed instead of having to dig through an overloaded folder. Staff were accommodating and sorted out issues quickly.

There are plenty of restaurants just steps away, and South Yarra train station is around the corner. My suite was clean, stocked just right, and had everything I needed. The staff I met were friendly and courteous, and the rates were very reasonable.

We were glad to get a complimentary upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom apartment on arrival, along with a late checkout. Mariana and the man at the desk, who I think may have been Elliott, were both helpful and very friendly. The location on a pretty, quiet side street was great, close to Chapel St, Prahran, and S Yarra train station for a direct trip into the CBD. The price was reasonable too.
