We paid over $250 a night for two nights over Valentine's weekend, and the condition of the place was really disappointing. The bedroom TV had no signal, and there was no live TV in the lounge. Behind the TV was dusty and covered in cobwebs; there were dead cockroaches under the lounge. The frypan couldn't be used, the fridge's top crisper shelf was filthy, and one saucepan had dried food stuck to it. Disgusting. We'd stayed at Chez Noosa the night before for $50 less per night, and it was lovely and spotless. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were disappointed with unit 23, which is called premium. The black mould was still on the upstairs curtains in the main bedrooms and on the downstairs curtains, even though we'd reported mould in the kitchen cupboards and under the plastic plants by the TV unit when we stayed in the same unit two years ago. I had several asthma attacks during our two-week stay. One chair was in poor condition, and the couch and its cushions were quite dirty. We were there with an elderly friend in the second bedroom. She didn't want to move or report it to management, but said she was disappointed. We didn't want to cause trouble, so we stayed, but this was not a premium unit. We've stayed at Beach Breakers many times over the last 30-plus years. The management are always helpful and friendly, and the resort is usually very clean and in very good condition. Thank you.

Unit 23 was faultless for us. The location is perfect, with the 620 bus right outside and pubs and restaurants about 10 minutes away by bus. The beach is an easy walk, and there's a little cafe around the corner. 10/10, we'll be back.

We had such a nice stay nearly two years ago that I just went looking for this place again. The beach is really close, and driving to Noosa is easy. The pool and tennis courts are great, and there's a BBQ you can use.

A lovely place, and I'd happily stay again. The host was friendly, and the pool, spa and tennis courts were great. We walked to the beach every day since it's so close.
