Costa Nova Holiday Apartments

We were really happy with our week at Costa Nova for our wedding. The service was brilliant, and our room and its view were both lovely. Family and friends booked other rooms and had a similar experience; several said they'd come back. The team did their best to fit in all the early check-ins and late check-outs people requested. We'll be back soon!

The only things I’d have liked were more frequent housekeeping than once every 7 days and a few kitchen basics, like olive oil. Otherwise, everything was great. The apartment was spacious, nicely set up, and had a large kitchen, handy parking, and a great location. Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay.

The location was excellent, but Unit 8 at Costa Nova Noosa was in a very poor state of cleanliness during our family stay on 13-14 February 2026. There was thick dust on the bedroom windows, including the toilet window. I had to clean the bathroom window myself before showering, which was unbelievable. The carpets in all three bedrooms smelled strongly of dust, and the air throughout the apartment felt heavy and dusty. I became congested, developed a sore, dry throat, and felt unwell, which was especially concerning while travelling with family. The plantation shutters in the room near the entrance were sticky to touch and wouldn't move properly. They also looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for a long time, adding to the impression that cleaning and maintenance had been neglected. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when booking accommodation, and Unit 8 fell far below an acceptable standard. I ask that this be investigated urgently and that you tell me what will be done to address it. Given the effect on my health, I would appreciate consideration of an appropriate resolution. Apartment U9 is spacious, has ocean views, and is fitted out with all the essentials. The only snag was having no Optus mobile coverage in the unit. A repeater for the complex might help, as I ran into some issues in another apartment too. Apart from that, five stars.
