Our cabin was quite nice and spacious, but the kids never got to use the facilities we’d booked for. We chose the place for the pool and jumping pillow, and our three young boys were excited as we checked in. On the way to the pool, the owner told us it had just been cleaned and we couldn’t use it. The jumping pillow was flat too, so that was out of action as well. We’d have appreciated a courtesy email or call about the pool. If we’d known it wouldn’t be available on our dates, we probably wouldn’t have booked. A couple of the park’s permanent residents were also rude and made us feel unwelcome. It was a total waste of time and money, and we won’t be back.

There was plenty of room on our powered site for our dog to run around and chase a ball. The bathrooms stayed clean and tidy, and the whole park was very clean. Everyone was welcoming and happy to stop for a quick chat. We stayed over the long weekend and were quite impressed. Would certainly come back 😊

The fenced animal area was great for letting our dog roam freely, and management were really friendly and accommodating when we asked for a drive-through site. We had a lovely big grassy site. I’m not keen on the unisex toilets, but otherwise it’s a great park 👍

We booked both a double room and a pod room, and they were super clean and comfortable. The double room had everything you’d need for a longer stay. It’s a fantastic place, just a 10-minute drive from lakes entrance. We’ll visit again!

The pod came with towels, tea and coffee, plus a split system, and it exceeded our expectations. The park staff were lovely to deal with. The toilets are outdated, but clean. Definitely coming back!
