We spent four nights here and found the price good for somewhere so close to the city. The room was comfortable and spacious, with the basic amenities, and the staff were helpful and gave excellent service. The walls were a little thin, so you could clearly hear people in the hallways. It’s more of an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a great experience 👍

We picked this for Oasis’s concert weekend, and it worked perfectly for a Sydney concert trip. Central Station is really close, so the location gets 10/10. The room was clean and spacious, and they offer free coffee and tea. Make sure you book a room with a window. The staff were super nice, especially Pak Rei from Indonesia, who gave us helpful tips. Thank you!

I want to recognise Kieran in particular for how he dealt with a booking problem that wasn’t his fault. I’d booked a larger Max Social room for my parents through Agoda, but Agoda passed a much lower tier room on to the hotel, literally half the size. Kieran was kind, calm, and empathetic from the start. He explained what had happened clearly, understood why we were frustrated, and did everything he reasonably could to help. His warm, respectful manner made a stressful situation much easier. The way he treated us as guests mattered as much as trying to solve the issue. That kind of customer service should be the standard for this company, and plenty of businesses could learn from it. Thanks, Kieran. You’re a real credit to the hotel and brand 🙂

The train central station is nearby, so the location is very good. I found the room quiet, clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed, good lighting, and a well-stocked bathroom. Staff welcomed me warmly and professionally and were happy to help with requests or local recommendations. Breakfast had plenty of fresh hot and cold choices, from pastries, fruit, coffee, and tea, and everything was delicious. It was a pleasant, relaxing stay with a warm atmosphere and a team that cares about guest satisfaction. I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure and would stay again.
