ADGE Hotel & Residences

We had a King room, cosy but just right for two. It was bright, colorful and funky, like the rest of the arty hotel. The bed and pillows were great, and the blackout curtains helped us sleep really well. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and check-in and checkout were easy. It's close to Oxford St and only a short walk to the CBD. There's a great cafe downstairs with welcoming staff and fantastic coffee. I'll definitely stay again on my next Sydney trip.

The location was great, and this was our second visit, but the room size means we probably won't return. The King room was tiny, with nowhere to put anything, and I didn't like being able to see through the bathroom screen from the bedroom and living area. There were no towels on arrival. Tea supplies were limited, and I had to ask for more, though even those were limited. Staff were efficient, but not especially friendly, even though I know they were busy.

It's a funky, clean place in a great spot, and the price is excellent for what you get. My king bed room was comfortable, though the pillows were strangely balloon-like. The elevator was incredibly slow, haha. Still, it has everything I need in a hotel, and I'd stay again.

I've stayed here three times now, and it's become my hotel of choice in Sydney. The price is reasonable by Sydney standards, and it's a very good place to stay. The location is ideal, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the decor is interesting. The cafe and bar are both excellent. The towels are on the thin side rather than fluffy, but that's really a minor nitpick. Recommended.
