Alpha Hotel Eastern Creek

Parking was free, easy and very close to the venue, and being near the motorways helped keep travel time down. We booked a work meeting for 60 people at Alpha hotel, with a specific vision for the event. Sam was extremely helpful in bringing it to life, and the team accommodated us when the numbers changed in the days beforehand, telling us not to stress. The soundproof rooms kept distractions out. Food was great, especially the sensational scones, and dietary requirements were handled with each person’s name on their food. Plates were cleared quietly without disrupting the meeting. Highly recommend working with Sam for a drama free event that everyone raves about!

I’d give this stay zero stars if I could. We paid top dollar for an executive room but got one that was subpar at best, overlooking the garbage bins, loading docks and air conditioning units. We asked for a refund when we saw the view was worse than the cheap rooms, but were told it couldn’t be done because it was within 24 hours. Extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and the staff’s total lack of care.

I came here as part of the Sperm Donation Australia Tour of NSW because a recipient was out this way. The coffee machine supply was cool, and there was a small gym and pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, the aircon worked well, and it was a good stay.

The breakfast is good, but drinks should be topped up daily, not every second or third day. The pool isn’t heated, the staff are rude, the rooms are outdated, and the AC doesn’t work. Have you heard of cleaning the return air filters? It’s not worth the rate they charge. There are much better places.
