Room # 6 had complimentary coffee and tea, along with mugs, glasses and basic kitchen appliances. It was clean and nicely furnished. The shower head was broken, but reception replaced it soon after I reported it. Other things weren’t as good: there was constant traffic noise, a burnt hole in the couch, a hole in the window fly screen and hard-to-press toilet-flushing buttons. We’d booked a queen-sized bed but got two single beds pushed together.

There’s plenty of free parking, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Great location too. Breakfast isn’t available, but there are plenty of options a few kilometers away.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The place is ideally located for experiencing Katoomba, with a 10-20 minute drive to all the main tourist attractions.

The location worked well, with restaurants not far away. I had a lovely stay: the room was quiet, spotless, and roomy, and the big comfortable bed made it easy to sleep well. Little things like the toaster, kettle, tea and coffee, and cookies gave it a homely feel. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

Angela gave us excellent service, and the motel was much quieter than I expected for somewhere on a highway, thanks to the double glazing. The rooms are older but nicely refurbished, clean, and spacious. It was handy for what we needed, just a short drive or a 1.9km walk to Leura Village. The microwave was a big help for warming our heat bags after the Ultra-Trail event. I’d stay again.
