Getting around Sydney was easy for us. We took trains, buses and trams, and walked a lot. Tapping on and off with a card on public transport was simple. The hotel is also easy to reach from Central train Station. Our room was big enough for three, quiet, and had comfortable beds. There was only one duvet for two people, which I don't prefer as a European, but we managed. The aircon was perhaps a little too effective, though it could be adjusted. Service was good, and all the staff were very friendly. We skipped breakfast, but there are places nearby; we went to Starbucks.

Shriya checked me in and even helped print my work paperwork tonight. She was patient and kind, and I really appreciated the help. After I had to extend my trip because of an injury, the manager remembered and asked how I was healing. The whole stay has been awesome. I'm picky about bedding, but the pillows and bed are really comfortable. The shower has both a handheld option and a rainwater option, and I've always had properly hot water, never just lukewarm.

I've stayed at plenty of hotels in sydney, but this one stood out. It's close to food, transport and entertainment, and the customer service was amazing. Ines at the front desk was so accommodating to me and my family. It was our first visit, but she made us feel like regulars. We'll definitely be back.

We came from the US for our anniversary trip and had a lovely first day in Australia. After a long day of travel, the staff kindly let us check in early so we could settle in. They also surprised us with drinks and chocolate cake in our room, which was so thoughtful. I only wish the hotel were closer to the main attractions. Central station is about a 10-minute walk, though, and we used it a lot. Thanks for such a warm welcome!

The location was a big plus during my three nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park. Central Station is a short walk away, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. My room was modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleaning let the stay down. There was a clear bloodstain on the bed frame's skirting, visible in my photos, and it was still there after housekeeping came in. That made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The bathroom floor drain near the sink also gave off a persistent bad smell. I covered it with a wet cloth to stop the odour spreading through the room. I understand this kind of drain is common in Australian hotels, but this one really stank. Convenient and comfortable in some ways, but the hygiene and maintenance issues were disappointing. I'd give it 3.5 out of 5.
