Astra Apartments North Sydney

John was flexible, accommodating, and easy to reach while I arranged a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for my parents’ three-week visit from the UK. Before booking, he showed me the place so I could check it would work for my elderly parents. Their flight was cancelled after a stressful run-in with a scam travel agent, delaying them by a few days. John understood and supported us, and adjusted the booking so they could stay later. He has elderly parents in the UK himself and empathised with what we were dealing with. The apartment was clean and quiet, with everything they needed. Its location was ideal, close to the metro and just around the corner from our home. Thanks, John, for making a stressful situation easier and helping my parents feel comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend Astra Apartments for a home-away-from-home stay.

For two months, I stayed in a functional, comfortable apartment in a quiet building. There’s a supermarket right across the street, and the neighborhood is great for walking, with lots of good places to eat and have a drink. Astra staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

We normally stay near Sydney’s CBD, but with New Year’s Eve happening, we thought North Sydney might be quieter. That turned out to be a good call. We really liked the modern, spacious accommodation, and having grocery stores nearby meant we could eat in as much as we wanted. Highly recommended.

John, the manager, was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was having surgery nearby at The Mater, and he took care of my elderly mother, including some little extras she needed. That really eased my mind during a stressful time. She felt safe and looked after in the lovely, clean apartment, which had everything she needed. I highly recommend The Astra North Shore.
