The views are incredible, and the balcony is lovely. The apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to enjoy our stay. Access is very convenient for anyone with mobility challenges, and using a door code instead of carrying keys was a real help.

The Seeing Eye Dog and I had no issues during our four-day weekend, and having plenty of grass nearby was a relief. I also appreciated the code entry, which was easier than carrying a room key. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, with a lovely view, and the location was great. I had a lovely stay at Bondi 38 Apartments. Sorry, Google won't let me upload photos of the view!

We were in unit 5. The room was comfortable and well appointed, though the rear-facing rooms look out onto other buildings rather than the beach.

I can no longer support this accommodation, though I've stayed here somewhat regularly over the years. When occupants breached quiet enjoyment, they were evicted, but the affected guests were then refused refunds. To me, that shows a lack of integrity and accountability in the business model. The lower apartments also have significant footstep noise, which comes from the building's age and is made worse by years of poor maintenance.

Booking and check-in were seamless, and the Bondi Beach location and views were fantastic. I stayed on two separate nights in a beautiful ocean-view studio. It was spotless, well appointed, and very comfortable. Can't wait to come back, and I can highly recommend it.
