The facilities, atmosphere and attention to detail at Capella Sydney made our visit memorable, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Piya deserves special thanks for the warmth, professionalism and genuine care she showed throughout our stay. She went above and beyond arranging our trip and making sure every detail was handled. We’d highly recommend Capella Sydney and look forward to returning.

Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and a lovely start to the day. We also enjoyed the little surprises: chocolates for Lunar New Year, takeaway coffee cups for heading out, and a sweet card with a deck of cards for activities. Travelling with a little girl, we were so pleased to find her own play tent set up in the room. That extra effort meant a lot and made her feel special. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtful. Our stay at Capella Sydney was warm, welcoming and luxurious without being over the top. We can’t wait to return!

As parents taking our first trip away from our sons, we really appreciated that the team acknowledged it and arranged a beautiful, unexpected gift for us to bring home to them. It felt personal and considered, and meant a lot. The hotel is stunning, but the care from the people is what makes Capella Sydney special. They balance luxury with warmth, so everything feels refined and deeply human. During our two-night stay, the service was genuinely warm and attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member we met carried themselves with pride and professionalism. They remembered our names, anticipated needs and made us feel looked after. My partner and I left relaxed, valued and already planning to return. A truly five-star experience in every sense.

The room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed, with premium amenities and a calming feel that made it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring Sydney. During my stay at Capella Sydney on 21-22 May 2026, I had a wonderful luxury hotel experience in the heart of the city. The heritage architecture blends beautifully with modern elegance, making the atmosphere feel sophisticated yet comfortable from the moment I arrived. Service was warm, attentive and personal throughout. The staff made every interaction feel genuine and welcoming, which really lifted the whole stay. I love this hotel.

The room was spacious and felt like home, with lovely decor that gave it an elevated but relaxing atmosphere. Capella’s location was perfect, and the staff were welcoming with amazing attention to detail. Special mention to the hardworking cleaners and bellhops, who were warm, friendly and always smiling.
