The rooms are simple, but bright and had everything I needed. The area was green and peaceful, and the bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty basic, though fine, and the service was very accommodating. I was surprised by how comfortable it all was and wish I’d booked a longer stay. I’d recommend it.

The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms stay super quiet. They clearly clean the facilities at least once a day, and everything was very clean overall. We did spot a few tiny worms in a puddle behind the toilet, though. Breakfast is simple and does the job, with eggs on weekdays. Just be ready for three flights of stairs.

Good value, and breakfast was generous with great coffee. Our clean, cozy room had everything we needed and was handy to the shared bathroom. We never had to wait.

The location made it easy to walk to the Opera House and other city spots. Rooms were modern and very clean, and there’s a nice common area. Breakfast was simple but enough. Thanks for a great stay in Sydney!

The rooms are basic but fine. My booking was two days away, and the website price had dropped by $50, then later by $60. Since they say you can cancel up to one day beforehand, I emailed to ask them to cancel and rebook me at the lower price. They ignored that email and my follow-up, even though they’d replied quickly to my other emails. In the end they charged me the higher amount and refused to refund the difference, saying I had no evidence. I hadn’t thought to screenshot the cheaper price. It felt like they just wanted to charge as much as they could. Good for the business’s profits, not for customer service 😔
