My partner and I stayed for two nights. After we got home, my husband developed multiple bites that looked consistent with bed bugs. It was upsetting and concerning. Cleanliness and proper hygiene control should be a priority for any accommodation. I’d advise anyone thinking of booking to research the hotel carefully first. We sincerely hope management takes the steps needed to prevent other guests having the same experience. Very disappointing.

The service was exceptional, and the room was clean and simple. The decor felt dated, and the air conditioner rattled, but it was fine.

They canceled my room just as I was arriving, saying ten rooms had no electricity. I’m not sure I believe that. Thanks, I’m stranded in Sydney on the night of the oasis gig trying to find somewhere to stay. Should be fun. Terrible.

I booked at the last minute for a Saturday night and paid very little, so I was surprised by how friendly the staff were. The room was really clean, and the location is central. The car park entry is 2.2 meters. I highly recommend this motel and will stay again when I’m in Sydney.

The only hassle was one guest parking badly and blocking everyone else in. Apart from that, it was great value. Modern facilities, a fantastic shower, and everything was clean and working.
