I was really disappointed by the customer service and wouldn't come back. My experience dealing with the host Sandra was the worst. She came across as abrupt and impatient with my questions when I arrived, even though I was polite and diplomatic.

Those extra touches made our stay really enjoyable. The place was quaint, comfortable, and very clean.
