Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point by IHG

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I really appreciated the extra care after joining the free rewards program. They called to see if I needed anything, and when I asked for four mini milks, they brought up a whole bag. My room was affordable, with room service until 10-11pm and a lighter menu available after that. They also kept my cheaper rate when I added another night. I loved staying here and would consider coming back.

We found the location ideal. We walked into the city several times via William Street and Hyde Park, and it worked perfectly for us. We were there Saturday night after a concert at Homebush, and Alex at the concierge desk welcomed us warmly and efficiently. He had plenty of helpful suggestions and was kind throughout our visit. The hotel has been around for a while, and despite any past questions about its location, we thought it was fabulous. Thanks to Alex and Holiday Inn Potts point!

The little things Prathmesh did made our stay before our October 25, 2025 flight to USA much easier. He noticed my kid and gave him ice-cream coupons and a bag of activities, which kept him busy on the plane. At check-in, Prathmesh made everything smooth, and he was always ready to help. He also clearly explained parking, employee discounts, and dining times. Kripesh Shrestha was amazing with his service at the bar, too. Prathmesh's warmth and attention to detail really stood out, and I hope management recognizes his dedication. Thank you, Prathmesh, for making the stay so enjoyable and easy.

We keep coming back for Christmas week, and this was our seventh time. The town and suburbs are easy to get to from here, with lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. We aren't keen on the breakfast or the other food, as we find the quality poor, so we eat out. Even so, the other things about the hotel make it a great place for us to stay.
