Hurstville Ritz Hotel

The location of Hurstville Ritz Hotel was really convenient, close to everything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxing feel. Nina deserves a special mention for the care she put into her service. She went out of her way to make our stay better, and was friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work. We’d definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

The barramundi was fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. The sides went really well with it, and every dish was beautifully presented. The dining room felt warm and inviting, and the whole meal was excellent from start to finish. Nina was attentive and friendly all evening, making sure everything was just right. Big compliments to her and the team for such a great dinner. I’d happily recommend the place and can’t wait to go back 😊

I asked the staff to check the CCTV after an older man poked me while I was playing a machine that wasn't reserved, saying it belonged to him. They didn't address him touching me and seemed to take his side, telling me to give up the machine. I felt unsafe, so I left. The machine was available, and playing it didn't mean I'd done anything deliberately wrong. I raised the physical contact as the issue, and it wasn't acceptable. This was handled badly. Customers shouldn't be touched or falsely accused, and staff should deal with situations fairly. I wouldn't recommend going here if you care about your safety. Staff may side with aggressive patrons instead of protecting customers.

Ms Nina looked after us from when we arrived until we finished eating. She was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. It's my fourth meal at The Ritz Hotel, and I've had a great time every visit. The staff are kind, the service is really good, and the food tastes amazing. Nice atmosphere too, great for bringing friends or family. Thanks, good job.
