The young man at reception was exceptionally kind and polite. He noticed we needed parking and moved his own car to make a spot for us, even though he didn't know I was disabled. The room was small, as you'd expect at a budget hotel, but good enough, with two comfortable double beds, an accessible bathroom, and clean towels.

The staff were professional and did try to help, and the location is great. I was only there for one night. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren't to my taste. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, like the mop hadn't been clean to begin with. The TV in my room didn't work, and the replacement room they offered on the same floor also had a broken TV.

A TV without a remote, no soap in the bathroom, and no phone in the room. The walls were paper-thin, and a male housekeeper down the hall kept shouting to his friend on FaceTime instead of working while we were trying to sleep. When I told the front desk, they thought it was funny. They also charge $12 per person for an airport shuttle, even though it's an easy nine-minute walk. Avoid paying for this place. A park bench would get you better value and friendlier service.

Very much a budget stay, with tiny rooms. The shower curtain doesn't keep the floor from getting soaked, and there should be a bathroom bin so soiled sanitary rubbish doesn't have to be stored in the bedroom or left for cleaners to remove. Still, the bed was very comfortable, even though the one pillow was just ordinary. We only wanted one night, and for the price it did what we needed.
