I stayed here for two weeks while looking for a new place to live in Sydney, and the price matched the value well. Usually I move around, so this was the first time I'd stayed in one hotel for over a week. The staff were always really helpful. They managed a last-minute room rebooking when the booking site said it was full, and upgraded me to a room with a harbour view. The room was cleaned well every day, and the gummies, water, tea, and coffee were a sweet touch. I ate out, so I can't comment on breakfast, though I'm sure it's good value for the price. A few small improvements: card payment for the laundry machines, nicer sheets, and breakfast available until 10am. That's me being very specific. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and I'd come back.

The rooms were clean and had an iron, hairdryer, and fridge, and reception staff were friendly. Some bits looked worn, like the cracked tiles and rusty bin, but the basics were decent. It's a budget hotel in a well-connected part of downtown Sydney, so go in with the right expectations and you may be pleasantly surprised. I'd stay again and recommend it to someone watching their budget and planning to spend their time exploring Sydney.

The staff made our visit memorable, especially Shawn and Amry at reception. They were warm, attentive, and very professional. We had a wonderful stay, with a fantastic atmosphere and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

The room was spotless, breakfast had a great choice and really good specialty coffee, and the location was good. The reception staff were very friendly, attentive, and always glad to help. We had a great stay and would happily book again and return.

A convenient base for getting around Sydney, and a good choice if you're watching your spending. The hotel is simple, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very good, with an excellent shower and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time. I'd recommend it as an easy, affordable place to stay.
