The staff are friendly, but this is still a low-rated place. If you’re paying dirt cheap rates, maybe it’s a five, but the place is pretty odd. They’d used Band-Aids to hold a red piece of paper over a gap in the fly wire.

There are cockroaches, secondhand smoke, and weed fumes, plus inconsiderate guests made for plenty of sleepless nights. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s your choice.

A good place to stay for a while and enjoy the Cross nightlife. Manager Peter puts in a lot of effort to make everyone feel included in the activities.

It’s easy to get to the station and all the good spots in the Cross from this excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to seniors on a budget.

The atmosphere is relaxed and there are lots of nice people around. The kitchen’s a bit small, though, so cooking properly could be tough in high season.
