Killara Hotel & Suites

The only drawback was having to carry our luggage up the stairs because there’s no lift. Otherwise, we had a really good stay and I’d highly recommend the place. Our two-bedroom suite was lovely, very clean and supplied with all the essentials. Staff were kind and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh with a good range of food and drinks.

Kali at the front desk was especially helpful with my booking and made the stay even more pleasant. Everyone was friendly and happy to help with anything I needed, including extra towels and other items, which felt generous compared with many hotels. My room was spotless and fresh, the bathroom was very clean, and the amenities were always topped up. Killara Hotel and Suites offers fantastic value for money. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it for a comfortable, clean and welcoming visit. I’ll be back.

The included buffet breakfast is a highlight, since not many hotels offer one, and the onsite restaurant and bar are a great place to unwind after a busy day. It’s peaceful and quiet despite being on the highway, and we’ve never had any noise problems. We moved out of Sydney in 2011, but having lived in the area, we return once or twice a year to see family and friends and always stay at Killara Hotel. It’s never disappointed. The rooms have been recently renovated, and the hotel is consistently clean, tidy and well maintained. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, and Kali, the manager, makes sure our requests are met with a smile. We look forward to each visit and will keep coming back. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

A great shower, comfortable beds and a really decent-sized room made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was included, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and customer service at this hotel. I’ll be back in Sydney soon and will definitely stay here again. Keep up the great work.
