The location isn’t enough to make up for this stay. The flat was a poor standard, and the 24/7 phone number makes sense when so many things keep going wrong. Before arrival, I had to chase the access details, call back at least four times because the information came through blank, then call again when the codes didn’t work. For a three-bedroom apartment, there was only one AC unit in the living room. One of the bedroom fans was broken. We booked for six but got only four towels, and there were no bathroom hooks for clothes. The microwave smelled awful, and four flies came out when we opened it. There were wine glasses but no water glasses, very little kitchen gear, no oven gloves or tea towel, and the WiFi didn’t work. The bath had no plug, its shower/bath selector tap was broken, and the whole apartment had one tiny bin. Whatever you save compared with another place isn’t worth it. Please stay somewhere else.

Kula Apartment in Sydney was comfortable and convenient for us. It was spotless and well cared for, with secure parking, and the location made it easy to reach restaurants and the shopping centre. Just be aware there’s no air conditioning in the rooms.

Dean and the team at Khula Parramatta were friendly and gave us excellent service. My family came from New Zealand, and we spent our first four weeks here while searching for a rental. It’s centrally located, so the kids and I could walk our dog to the park, and the mall and other places for errands were nearby.

The online check-in was very straightforward, and the directions were easy to follow. The apartment was quiet, with comfortable beds and an immaculate kitchen and lounge. They’d stocked the cooking basics, plus a coffee machine with free pods and free Tim tams. We also enjoyed the deck with its table and chairs. It’s a five-star place in a great spot in Parramatta, close to Parramatta Shopping Centre. We’ll definitely stay at KULA again. A++

The apartment was spacious and clean, and I especially liked having a balcony. It’s conveniently located near M4. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d definitely return.
