We spent three weeks at the Macquarie apartments and would recommend them for a longer stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and having a washer and dryer meant we didn’t bring dirty clothes home. My husband, who recently had a knee replacement, and I both enjoyed the pool and gym. The train station is about seven minutes away, and Macquarie Shopping Centre, with pretty much anything you might need, is around ten minutes away. There are two mini shops in the apartments for last-minute things, along with a coffee shop and Japanese restaurant. Across the road, the Ranch hotel has meals and a few gaming machines, and Dan Murphy is next door for wine or beer. A couple of things could be better: a tea towel and kitchen plug would help, since we often preferred to wash and dry a few dishes instead of running the dishwasher, and the frypan could be replaced. A welcome card explaining the intercom and gate buttons would also help anyone unsure what each one does. We’ll stay again. 💐💐

Manu from customer service answered quickly, even on a public holiday. The building feels secure, with a designated parking bay, gym and pool. The rooms are spacious and have the basics you’d expect, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. I’d recommend it to family and friends.

KULA Macquarie Park was a nice place to stay, and the management gave genuinely helpful customer support. There’s an Indian grocery store on the ground floor and a large mall, Macquarie Centre, nearby, plus free secure parking, which was great. It has everything you need for a home-like stay with kitchen facilities, whether you’re visiting briefly, staying longer or travelling with family. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Macquarie Park.

The location worked really well for me, with plenty of public transport nearby. The space was spotless, the linen was high quality, and I made good use of the washer and dryer. I had a couple of issues, but management replied through watsap within minutes, which was beyond what I expected. I was very impressed and have no complaints.

We stayed for a month and absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and fresh, the kitchen utensils worked well for cooking a lot for the kids, and there were cafes and other places nearby. The car park was easy to get into. Whenever I had a question or needed help, the contact number put me straight through to someone helpful from the Kula team. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.
