The location was great, right by everything we wanted, and we loved the complimentary access to the 24/7 gym just a 30 second walk away. Our rooms were clean, with big, incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will defiantly come back :)

The front desk service was top notch, friendly and efficient, easily 5 star. The location is great too. But the rooms are really dusty, the floors haven't had a proper vacuum in ages, and the bathrooms need re grouting. The windows don't seal well, so you hear all sorts of noise at night. The mattress was pretty soft as well.

The terrace rooms are fantastic, with a nice view of the streets and city below. This place is puppy friendly, and I'd absolutely recommend it, especially if you're travelling with beloved fur babies. The front desk people were extremely friendly, and the price is amazing for what you get: free yoga classes, access to Anytime Fitness gym, complimentary minibar items and late check-out. They were also very accommodating and let us check in early. The rooms are clean and modern, and I slept fantastically thanks to the blackout curtains and the most comfortable bed I've had in a while. This raises the standard for dog-friendly accommodation in Sydney. We switched from Crown Plaza Coogee because the service there was average and its pet-friendly rooms were overpriced and outdated. Some floors are newly renovated, but pets aren't allowed in those rooms.

The room was modern and clean, with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a great location for a great price. All the staff were friendly, and they even left us an anniversary gift. There were a couple of small snags: our room wasn't ready when we arrived after check-in time, but when we asked, they gave us a later checkout at no charge. The shower and toilet cubicles open onto the kitchenette, with no separate bathroom. It felt a bit cramped, though I guess it's a good use of space.
