We picked Linley House for how close it is to Gladesville, and that worked out well. The driveway is steep, though manageable. We got a warm welcome, and our room was tidy, clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well.

Our room at Linley House was gorgeous, with everything we could want and a spectacular view of the garden. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, helping us each day with things like transport information. Such good service and so much included for an affordable price. I’d happily stay there again.

We spent five nights with Chris and Helen, and their personal hospitality made Linley House feel like home. Breakfast was great each morning, and there was a lounge area with coffee and tea. Both hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Chris even offered to drive us to the ferry wharf a couple of times. From the ferry to Circular Quay there are great tourist sights to see. If you like a B&B with a personal touch, this is a great value. We’ll definitely stay with them again and highly recommend it.

I arrived in the early hours because of work, and was meant to check out at 10am. Helen let me stay for hours beyond that. I had a fantastic time at Linley House and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone thinking of staying there!

The room had a dank, musty smell, and the driveway is very steep. The bed was firm and big. The bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned, though the rest of the room had. At 8am, there were noisy footsteps coming from upstairs. Despite what the owner said in their response, I did stay here.
