The location was convenient, and the facilities were easy to use and well cared for. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I felt relaxed and well looked after, and was genuinely happy with the stay. I'd choose this hotel again.

We had a pleasant three-night stay at Mercure Penrith and would gladly recommend it. The location makes meals easy: several fast-food places are right next door, and Panthers Club is directly accessible, so there are lunch and dinner options without driving. Our room was tidy and clean, and housekeeping was efficient. The room itself is a little dated, but the spacious bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly. One gentleman even warned me not to park under a tree because of bird nests above it, which saved my car from getting covered in droppings. A thoughtful heads-up. The mattress was softer than I prefer, so a firmer option would be welcome. We could also hear people talking next door and doors closing above us. Next time I might ask for a quieter part of the hotel. Still, I'm very happy with the stay, would return, and would give Mercure Penrith a solid five stars.

This was my second stay at the Mecure, and everything was lovely again. The rooms are consistently spotless, with comfortable beds, and the staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything. I'd highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed in room 106 from 31/10 till the 2/11. A big thank you to everyone, from the reception staff who greeted us to the housekeeping team. You were all amazing and friendly. The room was spotless, the shower was the best ever, and even the coffee at your Cafe was amazing.

The room was spacious, tidy, and really clean, and I had a wonderful stay. It would have been handy to have a Coles or Woolies nearby, but otherwise everything was excellent.
