Meriton Suites Liverpool

Kenny and Jess at reception went above and beyond and made our stay amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely. I’d highly recommend the hotel. The rooms were clean, the amenities were good, and the skyline views from the top floors were great. There’s also an Italian restaurant just around the corner.

We meant to book just one night at Meriton Liverpool, but Jessica made check-in so welcoming that we kept extending our stay. In the end, we were there for over 12 weeks, and it truly felt like home. After many hotels and Airbnbs in different countries, this is the first place that has felt that way. The experience was peaceful and unforgettable. The apartment was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully laid out, with all the household appliances we needed. The location is right in the heart of Liverpool, next to Westfield, with cafes, grocery stores, barbers, butchers and coffee shops within walking distance. Jessica, Dolma, Brook, Rachna, Kenny and Julie at the front desk treated our family warmly and professionally. Facility Manager Michael and Guest Services Manager Rima checked in with us regularly, which showed real care. Special thanks to Rima and Dolma for helping us on several occasions and making the long stay stress-free. Security staff were consistently polite and professional. Thanks to the whole Meriton Liverpool team for making us comfortable.

I travel a lot, and Meriton is my first choice for a stay. I’ve been to Meriton Canberra, Meriton parramatta and now Liverpool. From my own experience, they offer great service, comfort and a luxurious feel, with a quiet environment at the properties I’ve stayed in so far. Once you’ve stayed with them, you’ll know the experience.

We stayed for 21 nights. It’s nicely equipped and clean, and the location works well for the Sydney area, about an hour’s drive from both the Blue Mountains and Bondi. The air con stopped working halfway through, but it was fixed the same day. There’s a gym, pool and spa, though parking at $20 a day can add up.
