The room was tidy, and there was free coffee and facilities downstairs, which was a nice extra. Getting around was easy, with transport and shops nearby and a good bus to Bondi and the city. I booked through Qantas hotels and found it good value for two nights. A couple of things to know: the toiletries weren’t Molton brown like in another photo, and the frosted bathroom door doesn’t give complete privacy.

I was there for a concert, and it was an easy walk from the hotel. There were also plenty of nice places right next door. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was especially spacious, with a big shower and a handle by the toilet. I’m not sure whether we were given an accessible room, but I liked having that extra space. The bathroom door didn’t lock, probably for safety reasons. The beds were really comfy, with a good choice of pillows and thicknesses. Everyone was super nice, chatted with us, and brought extra water straight away when we asked. I loved the stay! :D

Dylan at the front desk was terrific and had great things to tell us about this lovely area and the city. The hotel is a really well-done conversion of a bank into a boutique place. Sydney Harbour and the opera house are an easy hop, skip, or direct bus ride away. Great place to stay in Sydney.

Right in the middle of Paddington, and I had such a comfortable, pleasant stay at Mrs Banks Hotel. The shower pressure was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Dylan and the team were incredibly helpful and courteous. Thanks for everything, I’ll be back. 🙂

The staff were friendly and the location was great. My room was nice, though it wasn’t very clean, so keep that in mind if cleanliness matters to you.
