The harbourfront setting gives you stunning views and puts many of Sydney's best known attractions within easy reach. The rooms and shared spaces were beautifully kept, with a luxurious but still comfortable feel. Dining is easy too, with several good options inside the hotel. Staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. The gym is on the small side, but it's clean, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with almost everything needed for a full workout. With the location, views, service and facilities together, Park Hyatt Sydney is one of the city's finest places to stay. I'd recommend it for a local getaway or a memorable visit from overseas.

We were a family of four, and the staff made sure every need was taken care of. They even upgraded us to rooms with a better view because those were available. The food was outstanding, the rooftop poolside service was surprisingly quick, and they brought complimentary slushies. Everything we wanted was covered, and the location was perfect for walking around Sydney harbor. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. The staff were excellent.

My daughter wished for a world that was always bright and happy, with birthdays and Christmas every day, and vivid was perfect for her. We booked a weekend at the hotel for her Make-A-Wish trip. Rain put a bit of a damper on our three-day stay, but the dedicated teams from Valleys to the front desk and throughout the hotel helped us relax and forget about the weather. We enjoyed it enough that I cancelled things at home to stay longer, though I could only manage one extra day. Every staff member and manager seemed proud of their role and the name they worked under, and you could see it in the way they treated us. If you get the chance to stay on Sydney Harbour, choose the Park Hyatt. What a place and view, right at the foot of the bridge, between the Opera house and Circular Quay. Being right there is a wonderful way to see the famous Harbour.

After 28 hours in transit, we arrived to find the travel agent had failed to confirm our two adjoining rooms, leaving us booked at opposite ends of the hotel. The team helped sort out the room situation and still gave us the harbour and opera house view we'd originally asked for. Manager Clara went above and beyond, checking in with us and making sure we were happy with the change. I can't say enough about the staff, the view, the amenities and the location. Highly recommend!

We turned up for a last-minute walk-in booking, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was amazing, with views of the Opera house, and they left a complimentary bottle of wine for our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was well kept and the amenities had been replenished. Breakfast was great, with a view too. Before we left, the concierge arranged a private limo transfer to the airport. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to Sydney visitors. Thanks to all the amazing staff.
