Pullman Sydney Penrith

The cafe staff and reception team were outstanding, happy to chat and never made anything feel like trouble. We just wanted a quick, light breakfast, so the lobby cafe suited us. Our room was quiet, spotlessly clean and beautifully set up, with an amazing bathroom. The tea and coffee were high quality, though a little biscuit would have been nice. I slept very comfortably in the luxurious bed, and there was a good choice of pillows. We got a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived, including a complimentary glass of wine or iced tea. Free parking had plenty of spaces. We’ll definitely return to the Pullman in Penrith. What a lovely experience, thanks everyone for the wonderful service!

The gym was the best hotel gym we’ve ever seen, and we had a great time eating at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel was also very well placed for exploring nearby or walking out to grab a quick meal, with the Blue Mountains only a short drive away. Our room was spotless, well maintained and had what we needed, including a neat bedside tablet. Staff were warm and attentive from the start, and check-in was smooth. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for comfort, convenience and friendly service.

The room upgrade made my wife and kids very happy, and as an ALL member I felt valued throughout our stay. The facilities were well kept and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Our room was spotless, and the Duty Manager who helped us was especially friendly and attentive. We had an excellent stay at Pullman Penrith, starting with a warm welcome at check-in. A great choice for families or anyone after a pleasant stay.

Work trips can feel pretty cold when you get back to your accommodation in the evening, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff were polite and helpful every time I dealt with them, and they made my business trip much more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend the stay.
