We had a small studio with a kitchenette. It was comfortable, clean and good value, with friendly staff and air conditioning that worked well. The free washer and dryer were a real plus. You could hear the airport, but it never woke me or kept me up, and the AC helped muffle it. We enjoyed our stay. Getting to Mascot station takes enough walking that we used the bus. The restaurants and shops are there too, so you can’t just pop over; plan on a bus or a decent walk. A few things in the room need attention. The bathroom doorway has a raised lip, and because the tile matches the kitchen floor I didn’t notice it. I stubbed the ball of my foot several times. That part was my own fault after the first time, but it hurt. The shower leaked through big gaps between the glass panels, leaving water on the bathroom floor and creating a slip hazard. There’s no shelf for toiletries, and using them in the shower was awkward. The shower head needs replacing and sits low on the wall. My husband is 6' 2" and had to squat beneath it. The hair dryer was the oldest I’ve seen in a hotel, barely blew air, and took ages to dry my hair. Replacing the head, adding a shelf and getting a better dryer seem like small improvements that would make the stay nicer. I forgot to take most of the photos before we left, but did get a couple.

After almost three weeks traveling around South America, we needed somewhere near the airport to rest before an early flight home. We stayed one night before our transit flight, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge help since we’d run out of clean clothes ahead of the 24-hour trip home. The unit was practical and comfortable, just right for a short stop. It was our first time at Quest Apartment Hotels in Perth, and after that we started seeking out Quest properties in other cities. We’d happily recommend this place for a quick night or a longer stay.

The view of the runway from our room was a hit with my husband, and there were lots of nearby food options. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower pressure excellent. Thanks especially to Foysal at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful. Quest Mascot was a great fit for a short stay, conveniently close to Sydney Airport.

We came from a cruise and got to the hotel easily by train, followed by a 900 m walk. We arrived before 10 a.m. and understood the room wouldn’t be ready. Quest held our bags, pointed us to a good coffee shop, and had the room ready at noon. We really appreciated the early check-in. For the morning airport transfer, the shuttle was AUD12 per person. As a couple, taking an Uber for AUD17 was cheaper and more convenient. The place was clean and tidy, with a lovely bed, and good value in an expensive city. Great for an overnight stop before an early departure. We highly recommend it and will stay again.

The two-bedroom apartment was just right for an overnight stay: comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and nice hot showers. It’s close to Sydney Airport, with a paid shuttle available, and we got a great deal through Agoda. Staff were welcoming at both check-in and checkout. I’m always happy staying with Quest Hotels. Unfortunately, another guest selfishly made it impossible for us to use the disabled parking space. We let management know.
