The shopping centre right next door made the location really handy. Inside, everything was spotless, from the bedding to every corner of the room, and the layout made great use of the space. I felt comfortable there, and the bathroom floor wasn’t slippery when wet, with plenty of room to enjoy a hot shower. The team were welcoming, friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived. It really did feel like a home away from home.

We both slept really well on each of the two nights, and the room was superb. Hotel stays don’t usually make us feel comfortable, but this place was clean, well presented and felt safe for my partner, my daughter and me. Vanessa gave us a warm welcome and explained everything in great detail. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next family trip. Thanks, guys!

There are cafes, a supermarket, chemist and food stalls right in the complex, and the stadium is next door. We booked for NRL weekend, and the location worked perfectly. The train station and bus stops were an easy walk away, and car parking was available too. The room felt luxurious, with spotless cleaning and a lovely atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The toilet and shower were high standard, with both rainfall and regular settings, and the basic toiletries were there. Reception made a warm first impression and knew the local amenities well. One thing to be aware of, there was a $100 deposit in case anything was wrong with the room. I’d missed that when booking, though I guess it’s probably standard, so have a credit card ready. I’d definitely book this lovely accommodation again.

Hope and the rest of the team made sure I never felt like I was asking too much. Hope really does spring eternal here. My studio was lovely, clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like pillow spray to help with sleep. I was there for the nearby cycle paths, and the team helped me find somewhere in the car park to chain up my bike. Dedicated bike parking would be the one thing I’d add. Highly recommended.
