Sophie and Angus took the time to understand what we needed and were very helpful with all our requests. The rooms are a good size and clean, and the staff really do go the extra mile to help. The location works well too, with everything you need nearby and the City Center very close.

Angus was welcoming and very helpful. The apartment had lots of space and storage, was comfortable, and came with full laundry and cooking facilities as well as a balcony. We were there for three nights to visit family, and the location was ideal, close to bus routes, the university and RPA, with Annnandale an easy walk away. I’ve tried several places in this area and will certainly choose this one again.

Angus was pleasant and easy to reach. We texted him with small questions and he replied quickly. We had five people staying four nights for university commitments, so booked a two-bedroom loft apartment. It was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. There’s a supermarket and bottle shop next door, and the university, RPA hospital, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was during the week despite being so close to Parramatta road, though perhaps weekends are noisier. Parking isn’t ideal, but in the inner city any parking is a plus. We took the car out just once during our four-day stay and walked or caught the bus the rest of the time. We really enjoyed our visit, are glad we picked Camperdown apartments over Quest, and will return.

Don't stay here! It’s dirty and far too expensive for such poor quality. The woman who works there was very rude. She came to collect payment while I was half naked, even though checkout was still ten minutes away. I’d just spoken on the phone with someone else and said I’d bring the money downstairs. She said she was the owner, didn’t care, and wanted me to pay right then. The day before, we’d arranged an appointment, but she didn’t show up, cancel or apologise, and was offensive at the end. The dishes are old and disgusting. Sharp nails or staples were exposed where the carpet met the kitchen slate, dangerous to bare feet. I’ve never seen such bad cleaning service. They knock once and come in without respecting privacy, and the nice manager had to clean it again after them. I asked for two extra tea bags and was told what we had was enough. The washing machine isn’t working properly and leaks water. My goodness, such a bad place.
