The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, and even the hotel smelled nice. This was the cleanest hotel or motel I’ve stayed in, which really impressed me. Service was excellent, with all the staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We had a lovely three-night stay in a comfortable, quiet room. It’s centrally located and easy to get wherever you need to go. Johnathan at the front desk was great at check-in and suggested a few places to eat, all of them perfect. Great staff all around!

The rooms were small, and the courtyard got very loud at night. Still, the lobby was very clean, check-in was easy and the staff were kind. We stayed in November 2025, and the location was great, close to most of the places we visited.

It took over half an hour to get a room. Self check-in failed, and it took them 20 minutes and a manager to find my reservation. The first room they assigned wasn’t ready, even though it was 9 p.m. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. The shower wouldn’t hold its temperature, so I kept adjusting the taps, and the shower head kept angling down by itself. There was a moldy, diaper-like smell in the room, and the heating and cooling system didn’t seem to heat or cool it. If you park there, take your ticket to the hotel to get it registered, not the parkade. They neglected to tell me at check-in, and parking cost me an extra $150 for one night. The parkade charges $90 a day at two days, compared with the hotel rate of $35 a night. Work next door went on all day with a rotary drill, making two work meetings difficult. They’re also demolishing the building next door, which means you’re up at 7. I know those things won’t affect every stay, and they don’t control the demolition, but it didn’t add to the experience. Unfortunately, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.
