we swam, used the gym and enjoyed the spa every day, all veryyy nice. The lobby was lovely and our room was good, though the tv was too far from the bed, not good (rt). We did fotoshot outside, very beautiful. The balcony was not good (rt), very dirty, but the room itself was nice. We arrived in the middle of the night and fire lighting up the way helped us get there safely from the train station even without gps. We had a kitchen but forgot to use it, there was too much food to eat.

The pool, gym and hot tub really make this place a wow, and everything else was perfect enough that I'd recommend it and come back. The location is perfect, between the port, Chinatown and the shops. My room was roomy, quiet and comfortable. I gave service four stars because staff didn't bother to look at me or say hello when I entered, even though I was there for four days. The only exception was the Japanese girl, who would at least smile.

The staff were cold and indifferent throughout my stay. On the first day I couldn't check in until 3 pm because my room wasn't ready, and they kept repeating that without apologizing or giving an update. Housekeeping later cleaned my room and left the door wide open for the entire day. Anyone could have walked in and accessed my belongings, a serious security concern and a failure to respect basic safety and privacy. When I reported it, the response was dismissive and unhelpful: just “sorry,” with no explanation, accountability or attempt to make things right. A very disappointing stay.

It was a lovely place for a quick, quiet getaway, minimalist and clean. We forgot our charger, and the receptionist quickly grabbed it for us. The customer service was really nice. I loved everything about the stay, highly recommend!

The room at Skye Suites had a nice vibe and was clean and comfortable. Room service was amazing: the food arrived quickly, was fresh and really tasty, and the staff were super friendly and professional. You can tell they care about their guests. I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time.
