Space Q Capsule Hotel

For someone without much experience with places like this, I'm not totally sure how to rate it. It was cheap and did the job, so I might stay again when I'm trying to save money. I'm 6'1" and the pod was big enough for me. The downsides were pretty significant, though. The men's toilets and showers are very cramped and could be cleaner, and my bed had a big dip. The same room key opened every locker, with someone else's belongings in mine, and it even seemed to open other pods. I think I'd only be comfortable coming back because I'm a man and usually don't need much. I wouldn't want to bring my wife here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pods themselves are decent, but the place feels poorly executed. The sockets barely charged anything, so I kept relying on my power bank. The pod air conditioning was barely a whisper, though they did provide an AC unit. There was no shower gel in any of the showers, just so you know. And if you're over 6ft and need the bathroom, you might have to head to the KFC down the road or Starbucks. Sitting down puts the doors right by your knees. For the price, you get what you pay for.

Great location, and staying in the capsules was a really cool experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, though the bathrooms weren't the best.

I regret booking two nights here. The idea is good, but the execution is terrible, and the cleanliness is disastrous. All the negative reviews are still true, even though I consider myself easy to please. I can't imagine a woman choosing to stay here. I didn't meet a single one. Maybe women are on another floor and mine is men-only. Who knows.
