Value Suites Penrith

Reggie made check-in clear and friendly, even though I arrived just before it closed. Later I came back to ask for another night and met Kieran, who was so lovely and made me feel at ease. Cassandra had also contacted me after my last-minute booking to confirm it and check-in times, and stayed warm and professional despite the late hour. Everyone was accommodating while still professional. I was really happy with my stay, and would definitely recommend having a chat with these receptionists. They deserve a pay rise for the great service :)

The team made a difficult stay easier while I was caring for a family member in hospital. They were kind, understanding, and found me a very reasonable room rate for the circumstances. The manager was especially compassionate, professional, and helpful when I needed support most. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend ValueSuites Penrith for its comfort and customer service.

We came for Western Sydney Ironman 70.3, and most things were good. The air conditioner in Room B111 was the exception, it sounded like a plane taking off. It was too warm to leave it off, though, and opening the windows meant hearing a nearby pub and letting in a few bugs. There are no insect screens on the windows or balcony sliding door. I’d stay again, as I’m sure this was an isolated problem.

My booking, which I’d had for months, was cancelled two weeks before my trip with “Unforseen circumstances” given as the reason. By then my flights were booked and the event was set, so I had to find another place at short notice and pay an extra $200. Absolutely appalling.
